Delivery and Return Terms

1. Delivery

• Orders are handed to Yurtiçi Kargo within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; a longer lead time stated on the product page takes precedence.
• Shipping costs 150 TRY (VAT included); carts of 2000 TRY or more ship free. The fee is shown separately in the cart before payment.
• Delivery is available within Turkey only. For international requests write to info@xrevio.com.
• Shipments are insured. If the package is damaged on delivery, have the courier record it and do not accept the parcel; notify us within 24 hours.
• Re-shipping costs for parcels that could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or absent recipient are borne by the buyer.

2. Right of Withdrawal

• Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
• Withdrawal notices are sent to info@xrevio.com or in writing to xrevio.teknoloji@hs01.kep.tr (KEP), stating the order number and product.
• The product must be returned to the address below within 10 days of the notice. Returns via Yurtiçi Kargo are free of charge; other carriers are at the buyer's cost.
• Returned goods must be unused, resalable, in original packaging with all accessories, documents and the invoice.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

• Products made to the customer's specification (custom-length or custom-connector harnesses, custom-configured boards).
• Electronic boards that have been soldered, programmed, mounted or electrically used.
• Business purchases (invoiced to a legal entity) fall outside consumer law; returns are limited to defective-goods provisions.

4. Defects and Warranty

• Manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty period stated on the product page: free repair or replacement. Over-voltage, reverse polarity, physical damage and unauthorised modification are excluded.
• Warranty claims go to info@xrevio.com with the order number and a description of the fault.
