Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

• BUYER: the person whose name, address, phone and e-mail appear on the order form.

Article 2 — Subject

Sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER from https://xrevio.com, with the specifications and prices stated on the order form.

Article 3 — Products, Price and Payment

• Product type, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping fee and total are shown on the order form and in the cart before payment. All prices are in Turkish Lira, VAT included.
• Shipping is 150 TRY; free for orders of 2000 TRY or more.
• Payment is made by credit/debit card through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.; card data is never seen or stored by the SELLER. The order is confirmed only after payment approval.

Article 4 — Delivery

• Products are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo within 1–3 business days after payment, never later than the statutory 30 days; a longer lead time on the product page prevails.
• If the SELLER cannot deliver in time for reasons attributable to it, the BUYER may terminate the agreement and is refunded within 14 days.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

• The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason or penalty by writing to info@xrevio.com or xrevio.teknoloji@hs01.kep.tr.
• The product must be returned complete and undamaged, with invoice, packaging and accessories, within 10 days to Muallimköy Mah. Deniz Cad. Bilişim Vadisi T.G.B. Sitesi 1.2.B Blok No: 143/13 İç Kapı No: 113 Gebze / Kocaeli. Returns via the contracted carrier are free.
• The SELLER refunds the price and any delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, to the original payment method.
• No withdrawal for custom-made products, boards that have been soldered, mounted or electrically used, or opened hygiene-sensitive items (Regulation art. 15).

Article 6 — General Provisions

• The BUYER confirms having read and electronically approved the preliminary information on product characteristics, price, payment, delivery and withdrawal before ordering.
• The SELLER delivers the product sound, complete, as specified, with warranty certificate and manual where applicable.
• Business buyers (legal entities or professional purposes) are outside consumer law; the Turkish Code of Obligations and Commercial Code apply.

Article 7 — Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's or SELLER's domicile are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts above those limits.

Article 8 — Entry into Force

The agreement is concluded when the BUYER ticks "I have read and accept the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form" and confirms the order. A copy is e-mailed with the order confirmation and kept by the SELLER for 3 years.
