Privacy and Personal Data Policy

xRevio Teknoloji A.Ş. ("xRevio") processes personal data collected through https://xrevio.com as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), as described below.

1. Data We Process

  • Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address.
  • Billing details for business purchases: company name, tax office and tax number.
  • Order data: products, amounts, order and delivery history.
  • Payment: card data is never stored by xRevio; payments are processed on iyzico's secure infrastructure and only a transaction reference is kept.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit time, cart contents (stored locally in your browser).

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Taking the order, collecting payment, delivering and invoicing (performance of contract).
  • Record-keeping obligations under tax and commercial law (legal obligation).
  • Handling withdrawal, return, warranty and support requests (establishment and protection of rights).
  • Security, fraud prevention and service improvement (legitimate interest).
  • Marketing e-mails only with your explicit consent, revocable at any time.

3. Recipients

  • Carrier (Yurtiçi Kargo): name, address and phone for delivery.
  • iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.: order amount and buyer details for payment processing.
  • Accountants and public authorities within legal obligations.
  • Hosting providers (servers located in the European Union), subject to KVKK art. 9 for international transfers.

4. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by tax and commercial law; other data for the statutory limitation period, consent-based data until consent is withdrawn. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

5. Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies (session, language) and local storage for your cart are used. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the recipients, object to automated processing and claim compensation. Send requests to info@xrevio.com or xrevio.teknoloji@hs01.kep.tr (KEP); we answer within 30 days.
